Subscription Policy

Do I need to keep a card on file for my subscription?

Yes. All subscription holders must maintain an active card on file for billing purposes. This helps ensure timely payments and uninterrupted service.

What happens if my payment is late?

A $25 late fee will be auto applied to each overdue invoice.
What’s included in my subscription?

Booking & Cancellation Policy

What if I arrive late?
-
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes will be charged a late fee ($25) and may need to be rescheduled based on timing and availability.
What if I miss my appointment?

A no-show fee will be charged to all clients who fail to show up without notice. Fee is 50% of service charge.
How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Subscription Holders:

Can reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fee. $25 fee if canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours

Non-Subscribers:

Can reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fee. Fee is $25 if canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours.

Can I bring someone with me?

To maintain a calm and professional space, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed in the studio (certified service animals are permitted).

New appointments
Do I get a lash cleansing kit with my appointment?

Yes! Every new client receives a free lash cleansing kit on first appointment ($45 value).

Subscription holders also receive lash kit refills at no charge when they run out of shampoo & mascara wands. ($15 value).

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Please come to appointment with a clean face, NO make up or lotions.

All forms need to be filled out prior to appointment, Make sure you are checking emails for forms after booking.

Call or Text (702) 482-8783 when you arrive to be let into building.

Please come on time to your appointment to avoid rescheduling or late fees.

Refund Policy
Do you offer refunds?

All services are non-refundable. However, if you experience an issue within 48 hours, please contact me for a possible complimentary touch-up.
