Terms: Unlimited fills will cover fill pricing. Please book accordingly to shed of lashes, If you come to appointment with more than 60% of lashes shed you will be subject to cost of $100 full set. 

• An active card on file is required at all times.

• Late payments will incur a $25 fee per invoice.

• You must reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid $25 fee.*

• No-shows will incur a 50% service fee, charged to your card on file.

• Member only benefits include free aftercare supplies*
