Membership Policies
- An active card on file is required at all times for all membership accounts.
Billing & Late Payments
- Memberships are auto-drafted every 30 days.
  Late or declined payments will incur a $25 administrative fee per invoice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 late cancellation fee.
No-Shows
- Missed appointments without notice will incur a $75 service fee, charged to the card on file.
